Still growing. Still healing. Still showing up—loud, soft, messy, and all mine.

Hi, I’m Mislène.

I’m not here to sell you a perfect life — I’m here to share what it really looks like to start over, chase your own happiness, and live life on your own terms.

Whether you’re standing at your own beginning or just curious about what’s possible when you finally choose yourself — you’re in the right place.

Living

Real moments, raw beginnings, brave choices. Life as it unfolds — not as it’s filtered.

Learning

Lessons from travel, growth, and navigating the unknown. The stuff no one warns you about (but you need to know).

Sharing

Stories, insights, and inspiration to remind you you’re not alone — and that starting over can be your greatest adventure.

About me

I’m Mislène — someone who did everything “right” and still woke up one day wondering, Is this really it? For years, I chased everything we’re told will make us happy: the degrees, the dream job, the polished LinkedIn profile, the polite smiles at meetings that drained my soul. On paper, I was thriving. Inside, I was drowning.

At 30 years old, sitting under fluorescent lights and buried under a mountain of deadlines, I faced a truth I could no longer run from: I wasn’t living. I was just existing. And existing wasn’t enough for me anymore. After too many moments hidden behind fake smiles, I made a quiet decision that would change everything: I’m choosing me this time. I didn’t have a perfect plan. I didn’t know exactly what was next. But I knew I couldn’t stay the same.

I started traveling — and trip by trip, my world cracked open. New places. New people. New possibilities. Each journey confirmed what my heart had been whispering for years: You’re meant for more than this. I realized I wasn’t just searching for adventure — I was searching for myself.

Now, I’m living, learning, and sharing every step of this new journey — the messy, beautiful, real parts — with you. And if you’re standing at the edge of your own beginning, wondering if it’s too late to choose yourself, I’m here to tell you: It’s not.
