About Me

For nearly two decades, I followed all the “right” steps: the degrees, the career goals, the checkbox life. Two degrees and a mountain of debt later, I landed the job I thought I always wanted in finance, chasing certifications and climbing the ladder.

But I still wasn’t happy.

Somewhere in the middle of the corporate grind, I lost myself. The light went out. I felt drained, depressed, disconnected, like a failure at 30. After a couple of breakdowns at work, I finally said the words out loud: “I’m ready to make a change. Are you coming with me?”

Now, I’m counting down the days until I start my life over.

I realized I’d been living in survival mode since I was a teenager, sheltered from real exploration, too focused on staying busy to ever slow down. For years, I’d been secretly obsessed with the idea of starting fresh, just packing a bag and disappearing.

So I’m choosing something different. I’m choosing peace. I’m choosing adventure. I’m choosing the freedom to wake up and decide what would make my soul feel alive that day.

This space is my digital journal: a place for reflections, transitions, travel, healing, and hard truths as I take this leap. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, but I’m learning to ask the questions that matter:

  • What does freedom actually look like?
  • How do we build lives that feel authentically ours?
  • What happens when we stop performing and start living?

These days, I’m less interested in achieving and more fascinated by the art of becoming.

If you’ve ever felt stuck between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming, you’re not alone.

                                    Welcome to the journey!
